I can go a distance.

Just a couple of hours ago, The Independent UK published that Captain Tom Moore has raised more than £21M in donations for NHS – how extraordinary! For his 100th birthday, the Second World War veteran pledged to complete 100 lengths of walk in his garden, and he accomplished it. Initially aimed at only a thousand sterling pounds, the outcome was far more remarkable than one could imagine. Please check it out at Just Giving.

It’s not just the donation that wowed the public. Instead, it is the willpower of a 100 years old veteran to go a distance that’s beyond believe. A story that touches everyone’s heart. Despite accomplishing the outstanding record, he keeps going (till now). This heroic story has just proven to the world that courage, compasion, and fighting spirit have neither due date nor limitation. They live in us, and it’s up to us to continue igniting it for as long as we could.

I can go a distance” is worth embracing for all of us.
