Silent she is in the eyes of others,
calibre she excels in her own challenge.
Beauty she is in the eyes of ours,
love she creates out of affection.
Staring at the mirror I inherit her feature,
assess myself I see milestones.
Comparing to a role model seems impossible,
for she is unsurprisingly a powerful woman.
If I say her anger is detestation,
then I read it wrong for she has made me a better person.
If I say “thank you” for her contribution,
then it is clearly an understatement for a perfect mother.
