It is now worthless for it is a haggle.

Out of courtesy with hope to gain appreciation.
Instead it became an outright derogation.
Why go extra miles for all the trouble?
Dreams are not possible without substance.
Success is no accident but hard work and persistence.
Pay off shall go to the ones deserved.
Wake up superiors if dozing off.
Open eyes in case dazzled by favourites.
Fairness is critical for one to see a vision.
